Eine Konzertreihe des Duos TRAINING (Johannes Schleiermacher & Max Andrzejewski) mit wechselnden Gästen unterschiedlicher musikalischer Hintergründe. Animierte Grafiken als Spielanweisung bilden die  immer gleiche Grundlage für die immer andere Begegnung. Hierin öffnen sich Räume für Solo-momente der Protagonist*innen.

Bei der fünften Ausgabe der Konzertreihe steht die Schlagwerkvirtuosin Mascha Junon (aka Maria Schneider – die an dem Abend ein exzessives, von Max Andrzejewski eigens für sie komponiertes Schlagwerk-Solostück aufführen wird) die virtuose klassische Flötistin Helena Weinstock-Montag und der Bratscher Grégoire Simon (die zusammen an dem Abend ein Duostück von Max Andrzejewski aufführen werden) und der expressive Ebass – Improvisator Dan Peter Sundland im Fokus.

A concert series of the duo TRAINING (Johannes Schleiermacher & Max Andrzejewski) with changing guests of different musical backgrounds. Animated graphics as playing instructions form the always same basis for the always different encounter. This opens up spaces for solo moments of the protagonists.

The fifth edition of the concert series will focus on percussion virtuoso Mascha Junon (aka Maria Schneider – who will perform an excessive percussion solo piece composed especially for her by Max Andrzejewski on the evening) virtuoso classical flutist Helena Weinstock-Montag and violist Grégoire Simon (who will perform a duo piece by Max Andrzejewski together on the evening) and expressive ebass improviser Dan Peter Sundland.

Interdisciplinary Audio Production: Sound in Context

This course teaches you the main specializations in the industry in one intensive education: You will get a great hands-on preparation to do audio production work for picture (film/video), radio and podcast, theater, performance, live concert stage sound, as well as understand the professional recording studio workflow. A pro seminar on audio mastering completes the course. At the end you can present your work at the legendary Acud Macht Neu Club.

Sonic Borderlines Listening Series

(sponsored by Initiative Neue Musik) How Do the Smallest Units of Sound Relate…? In the case of music from differing cultures, approaches and disciplines playing together, how can musicians use underlying metaphors to bring fundamental differences of technique and sound into meaningful aesthetic relationships with one another?
