Stéphane Lefrançois teaches modular synthesis courses at Berlin School of Sound — in his private studio, with hardware you won’t find in a classroom.

Drummer, recording engineer, DJ, label owner. Stéphane has run studios in London, Ibiza, and Berlin. He founded Secret Music, a label built on electronic music with soul. As one half of Kitmun, he’s performed live modular sets at Superbooth (2019, 2021 — main stage) and led workshops at Schneidersladen.

What he teaches at BSoS

Modular synthesis — patching, signal flow, sound design, live performance. No presets, no screens. Hands on hardware, max 10 people per session.

He also teaches one-on-one: music production, drumming, composition, recording engineering. Whatever you need to get unstuck.
