At a glance
Chica Paula is a vinyl DJ. In this two-day workshop she takes you from the first touch of a record to your first set in a club. On Saturday you learn the basics and the basic practices in our classroom. On Sunday we move to ACUD club, where you play for real.
Real records, real turntables, a real mixer, and a real room with a sound system. At the end of the weekend you play a short set in front of the group, and you can invite your friends to listen.
You come to learn the basics and the practices, and you leave having played. The workshop suits anyone who wants to learn analog vinyl DJ-ing or get the feel of playing records on real decks, from first-timers to people who already play and want to try a club setup.
